Built by people who read the lab report

Founded in 2024, VOLTRAA develops, produces and distributes premium hair care. We are a small team of formulators and trade specialists working out of Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, and our entire method rests on one habit: we do not sell a batch we have not seen tested.

Our story

A narrow range, deliberately

Most hair care brands grow by adding products. We grew by removing them. Three treatments remain because three problems dominated every conversation we had with pharmacists, salon owners and customers across the Emirates: hair fall, dandruff, and sparse lashes and brows.

Our oils are sourced of Armenian origin and analysed for free fatty acid, peroxide value, refractive index, specific gravity, pH, saponification and iodine value before they enter a formula.

Core values

What we refuse to compromise

Quality first, customers understood, and a lighter footprint. These are the three sentences our production decisions have to pass.

Quality first

Rigorous testing in a dedicated laboratory and careful ingredient selection. If a parameter falls outside limit, the batch does not ship.

Customers understood

We answer messages ourselves and publish real usage protocols, including how long results actually take, rather than implying overnight change.

Sustainable practice

Ethical sourcing, recyclable packaging and eco-conscious production choices wherever the supply chain allows it.

Our expertise

How a VOLTRAA product gets made

Step one

Brief from the counter

Every formulation starts with a documented complaint: fall at the crown, flaking that returns within days, brows that never recover after over-plucking.

Step two

Ingredient selection

Botanicals are chosen for a mechanism, not marketing. Rosemary and argan for follicle stimulation, garlic and onion for antimicrobial scalp support, castor and biotin for fibre strength.

Step three

Laboratory analysis

Each oil and the shampoo are tested against defined limits. Results are filed per batch number with manufacture and expiry dates.

Step four

Protocol and release

A product only ships with a use protocol that we have tested ourselves and honest expectations of timing.

Transparency

A sample of our release criteria

Typical analysis parameters recorded on the certificates that accompany our carrier oils and shampoo.

TestTypical limitWhy it matters
Free fatty acid (as oleic acid)≤ 1.5–1.8%Indicates freshness and correct processing of the oil
Peroxide value≤ 8–11 meq/kgDetects oxidation, the main cause of rancid, irritating oil
pH at 25°C5.0–7.5Keeps the preparation compatible with scalp chemistry
Identification (chromatography)Conforms to standardConfirms the active is what the label says it is
